The NTC temperature sensor is an NTC thermistor with a negative temperature coefficient, which is packaged into a shell of different materials and structures using materials such as high thermal conductivity silicone grease, and the signal is led out through cables of different specifications to achieve temperature monitoring and control. It is widely used in various application scenarios such as household appliances (such as refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.), New energy vehicle(BMS, charging piles etc.) industry, and medical care.

It uses a dense fine ceramic thermistor chip, uses high-quality alloy electrodes to combine the wires and the thermistor chip, and uses high-sensitivity glass packaging to make the chip have excellent heat resistance and weather resistance. The overall performance is highly stable and the response is faster, higher precision, longer service life, and can be reduced in size and used more widely.
The connection between NTC chip pins and cables adopts high-quality welding processes such as laser welding or butt welding. The overall welding quality is good, the mechanical strength is high, and the thermal deformation is small. Compared with traditional soldering and other welding processes, it not only has small solder joints and beautiful appearance, but also can work normally in high-temperature environments. It will not cause the welding joint to disconnect due to excessive temperature, thereby causing signal disconnection.
